Our community decision making panels are made up of Redbridge residents. People who call this place home, with all its opportunities and challenges, and who are best placed to know what this borough needs.
As a panel member you get:
No experience is needed. We’re looking for people from a range of different backgrounds and ages who are representative of our diverse borough.
We recruited Community Panellists for our first grant-making round, giving local residents the opportunity to have a say in where funding went across the borough.
We particularly welcomed people with lived experience of the challenges faced locally, as well as those who cared about their community and wanted to make a positive difference.
