Redbridge Giving is a community-led giving scheme hosted by Community Action Redbridge.

We raise and share funding locally and give residents a real say in how their community is supported. We encourage everyone to contribute however they can, whether in time, skills, money or connections.

The development of the scheme and the priorities we support come from the community. Before we set up the scheme, our team spent a year engaging over 5,000 residents in conversations about what makes a good life, and what they thought would improve health and wellbeing in Redbridge.

By listening to local people, we gained valuable insights that helped shape the direction of Redbridge Giving. Those conversations told us that the cost of living, food insecurity and community safety are three of the things Redbridge residents feel have the biggest impact on their wellbeing. The grants we give will focus on these themes.
